The "Art of Hearts" Annual Fundraiser, Saturday,
November 17
On November 17, 2007, the Foundation is hosting the fifth annual "Art of Hearts", an auction of "heart art" at a private home in Lake Sherwood from 6:30 to 9:30. The silent and live art auction consists of pieces donated to the foundation by locally and nationally known artists. Each piece of art in the auction incorporates a heart in the design.
The heart is either a key part of the design or it is very subtle. In the past, the art auction has included pieces from such well-known artists as Romero Britto (Miami, Florida), Peter Max (NYC), Jane Seymour (Malibu), Kate Yarbrough (Santa Barbara), Sheila Fein (Agoura), Ron McKee (Westlake Village), and Shannon Lundberg (Newbury Park).
The cost is $75.00 per person and attendance is limited. Please call for ticket information. The money raised by this event provides no-cost medical hospice care for numerous needy families throughout the community.

Caregiver Support Group: Join us for a free-of-charge session at our headquarters designed for hospice patient caregivers to learn more about caring for this special need patient. This support group will be led by a TLC Home Hospice staff member. Sessions will be held once a quarter at our office. Next session date to be announced.
