What is Hospice?
Hospice is somewhere to turn. In times of crisis and terminal illness, it's often hard to know what to do. One thing you do know is that you're scared, angry, feeling helpless and hopeless. Quality time with your loved one is of the utmost importance. Of all the difficult decisions to be made during a time like this, asking for help is probably the hardest.
Our Goal
Our "goal"l at TLC Home Hospice is to help our patients continue life with minimal disruption of normal activities, live life fully, with privacy and dignity in their own home or in a skilled facility and provide bereavement support to the family after the patient's death. Our goal is to give patients and their families "Quality of Life" by allowing them to control their destiny.
